Worship Gatherings on Sunday are supported and served by rTeams.
rTeams exist to preach Christ from the parking lot to the pulpit. Whether changing a diaper or changing a PowerPoint slide, we believe each rTeam member is a Christ-revealing moment waiting to happen. rTeams are responsible for everything from moving equipment to moving the hearts of Reflect Church in worship. Without rTeams, our Worship Gatherings don't exist.
Currently, we have the following rTeams at Reflect Church:
- Little Reflectors (Teachers, Teacher-Assistants, Crafts, etc.)
- Administration (Follow-up, Data-entry, Finances, etc.)
- Guest Services (Greeters, Ushers, Security, Hospitality, etc.)
- Worship Arts (Worship Band, Creative Arts, etc)
- Production (Sound, Lighting and Video)
- CRM (Christ Revealing Moments; includes everything from Preaching/Teaching, Creative Communications, etc.)
- Altar-Builders (Set-up and Tear-down)
