rTeam Opportunities

At Reflect, volunteering isn’t what we want from you, it’s what we want for you. Not what you have to do, but what you get to do. It’s simple. If you have an interest, you can count on us to help you find your ideal rTeam.

To volunteer with an rTeam, simply:

1. Choose an rTeam that interests you

2. Complete a First Experience: Once you’ve chosen a team that interests you, email info@reflectchurch.com and you will be scheduled for your First Experience as a volunteer. It includes a brief orientation to Reflect Church and the opportunity to shadow your rTeam. The First Experience is designed to assist you in finding your volunteering “sweet spot.”

3. Commit to Volunteering: At Reflect, the initial commitment period to an rTeam is three months. Once you’ve volunteered in a role for three months, you may continue in that role, try something different, or take a break from volunteering. Most of our volunteer teams are on a bi-weekly rotation. Your commitment will be based on your specific rTeam.

At Reflect, rTeams are organized into four main areas:

Administration
Like the thought of helping people get connected to an rTeam or rGroup, or assisting with simple or complex office projects? The Administration rTeam offers on-campus weekend opportunities as well as those during the week at the church office or from home.

Little Reflectors
Passionate about seeing children and their families experience Christ-revealing moments? The Little Reflectors rTeam has opportunities from interacting directly with kids to behind-the-scenes roles. No matter what gifts or abilities you have, use them to impact children’s lives.

Guest Services
Love people? Want to be part of creating a lasting first experience for our guests at Reflect? The Guest Services rTeam provides you the opportunity to do just that, through one-on-one conversations or in behind-the-scenes roles.

Production
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and value excellence? Like the thoughts of working “behind-the-scenes” to help create a smooth-running worship experience each week? The Production rTeam offers both technical and non-technical opportunities.
